VIA #6786 Disposition: NYC/PC (RMNE) 1390

There is no need to rush to your New York Central roster to see whether or not the "water-level route" railroad ever owned FPA4s -- it didn't! This series of photos show the ex-CN/VIA 6786 at Danbury, CT wearing each of the three different "heritage"-type paint schemes applied to the MLW-built product by Railroad Museum of New England between 1995 and 2014. (NYC 1390 photo taken by Charles Maxim on 8 June 2013). The other vintage liveries were Penn Central 1390 (Matt Gibbons photo on 9 May 1999) and Canadian National 6786 (Kevin Quinn photo on 18 May 2014).
