Nos.51-53 were built on conventional GE 44-ton frames, concrete ballasted to 50 tons weight.
54 31224 12/51 Taken out of service August 17, 1983; scrapped 1986.
55 31225 12/51 Sold to Eastern Railcar, then re-sold to short-line operator East Penn Railways; scrapped August 2010.
Nos. 54 & 55 were built on heavier than conventional GE steel frames to 50 tons weight, without ballasting.
